• Who do I contact if I have a question?

• What is the best way to get to Red Rocks from Denver or Golden?​

  • You are in the right place! Click HERE to buy shuttle passes!

• Is there a direct red rocks shuttle service provided by the venue?

  • The venue does not offer shuttles from Denver or surrounding cities. You will need to purchase shuttle passes from RME Shuttles at www.rmeshuttles.com

• Where do shuttles depart from?​

  • RME Red Rocks Shuttles service drop off at Upper North Lot, the closest lot to the entrance. 

• Each venue has different shuttle stops. Click on each Venue to learn more.

• What time do I need to be at my shuttle stop?

  • Look out for an email from RME Shuttles that will tell you the specific times for your event.

  • Check-In Opens approx. 1.5hrs before shuttle departure time.

  • Each shuttle stop departs at different times based on distance to the venue, based on venue doors time so make sure and check your emails!

• What happens if I miss the shuttle on the way up there?

  • We are not responsible if you miss either ride you and your group are responsible for finding your way to the shuttle picks-up and departure in time. 

• What time do shuttles depart after the show is over? From Where?

  • Shuttles depart promptly 20-30 minutes after the show is over depending on the venue (this includes any encore)

  • Shuttles will depart from the same place you were dropped off at.

• Can I hang on the bus during the show or leave early and go sit on the bus?

  • It is at the discretion of the bus driver if they let you on the bus before the show is over. Our staff will begin to load the buses approximately 15 minutes before the show is over but if you prefer to leave earlier than that just remember you might have to wait outside until it is time to load the buses.

• Can I ride the shuttle just one way?

  • Yes! You can choose to just ride one or the other way, but you will still need to pay for a full price ticket. Make sure you look out for comms emails and know where to go after the show!

• Can I bring food and drinks on the bus?

  • Yes, just no glass please! We do NOT sell any food or beverages but there are restaurants at/nearby each shuttle stop.

• Can I smoke or vape on the bus?

  • No. 

• What am I allowed to bring into the venue?

  • Each venue has a different policy make sure to check the venue website before coming!

• Are you the same as "Red Rocks Shuttles" “Bus To Show”, RRX Shuttles, CID, Shuttles To Red Rocks, or any of the other shuttle services I have seen online?

  • No. RME Shuttles is independently owned and operated locally in Colorado. 

• Are you the ones who drive the buses? Are you the actual bus company?

  • No. We are not the official transportation company. We provide top notch hospitality services, partnering with only the best fully licensed transportation providers to get you where you need to go. 

• Do you sell tickets to the shows?

  • No. All event tickets are sold separately through the official venue channels.

• Can I get a refund on my shuttle passes for any reason or change shuttle stops to be with my friends?

  • No. Refunds are not guaranteed. All Sales are Final. In some circumstances we might be able to switch your shuttle stop or change the date, do what we can to assist you, but we can’t make any promises as shuttles sell out and hit capacity. Please make sure you are purchasing the correct event, date, shuttle stop, and quantity of tickets for your party.

• Do you offer party bus to red rocks or any other type of bus to red rocks show experience?

  • Looking for more of a party bus experience? While we are not the transportation provider, we can point you in the right direction! if you are looking for a party bus for your group please fill out a customer inquiry form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

• How do I get to red rocks without driving? Is there red rocks transportation options from Denver?

  • Buy shuttle passes from us! www.rmeshuttles.com for round trip shuttle passes from Denver or Golden. 

• Do you offer bus to red rocks from union station?

  • While we do not offer bus to red rocks from union station we do have a shuttle stop closely, just a short walk from Union Station. Buy shuttle passes at Hotel Monaco and you are right in the heart of downtown with access to 16th street mall ride and all the RTD buses and light rail access you need to get around the city. ​

• Is your red rocks shuttle from Denver a good deal? 

  • Yes! with the cost of uber, lfyt, and other taxi rideshare services rising in Colorado, especially with surging prices after concerts, you can't find a better price for a round trip shuttle pass from Denver. RME Shuttles is currently selling the most affordable efficient shuttle passes to red rocks and other venues. Ride from Hotel Monaco in Downtown Denver or Origin Hotel in Golden and get dropped off in upper north lot, the best place to land before and after the show.
